Shipping Costs

Free UK Shipping on All Orders

There is no minimum order value required.
All shipping costs are fully covered by Greyson Dept. at no additional charge to the customer.


Order Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery Time

After processing, orders are shipped and delivered within:

  • 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery Time

3–8 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to external factors such as courier delays or peak periods.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT) are considered for same-day processing.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
