1. When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after your purchase is confirmed.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 4–9 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
3. How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom — no minimum spend required.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery in real time.
You can also track your delivery anytime through the Track Your Order page.
5. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information for updates.

6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, simply email support@greysondept.com.
7. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
10. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

11. I received the wrong item or something was damaged. What should I do?
We’re really sorry about that. Please email support@greysondept.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will resolve it for you right away.
